Wish Natal Hotel

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of local cuisine, which my kids loved, especially the friendly staff who engaged well with them. The gym was well-equipped and a great feature of the hotel. The overall experience felt somewhat less immersive into the local culture due to European influences, and the higher food prices could easily be avoided by dining elsewhere. The rocky beaches nearby also detracted from the overall appeal.

Absolutely stunning views, liked nice setting.

The place was clean and modern, had very amiable and extremely helpful staff at Night Shift. The superior double room was equipped with basic facilities, including an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV😃

Incredible views from all over the complex, especially from the room. Excellent attention from the staff. best food is undoubtedly the bar where the pool is located, too bad it closes at 19hs, it seems too early to me. pool area is extremely comfortable and beautiful. Ideal for relaxing alone, with friends or family. It has a beach and swimmers, attentive, explain everything you need to know to swim in the sea or walk on the sand (there are areas where bathing is not recommended because of the relief of the land). cleaning is excellent and everything is very neat.

only thing that bothered me is that they don't accept you in the complex, it is understandable that they only accept real but in any case they should at least exchange foreign currency. That was quite annoying because one of the days we had to go out to change, hotel is quite far away from everything, to top it off the nearest area doesn't seem very safe. Another recommendation for the hotel would be that they could inform what the menu for dinner is going to be before 6pm so that clients can decide in advance if they want to have dinner at the Brac restaurant or eat something at the bar (which closes at 7pm).

Here's the bottom line

The pool area offered amazing views and direct beach access, perfect for relaxation. Friendly staff and an extensive buffet with local cuisine made every meal enjoyable. Kids loved the activities. We felt the warmth of hospitality!

Not enough to do at the hotel. I would have been nice to have activities in the evening. More facilities like shops and it would help to have some English literature although it was fairly ok to communicate when necessary.

Think that this reasonably priced and modern hotel is beyond compare, liked it. The venue is clean, with stunning and exceptionally nice location just next door to other beautiful beaches like Genipabu and Pipa and the restaurants down the road and the shops and five star restaurants.

All fine, but poor maintenance

Resort is expensive for food and drinks and a 45 minute walk to the resort of Ponta Negra. There is nothing to do during poor weather.

Delicious food, overall nice place.

Fairly clean place with particularly good view of beach and pool and air. Excellent service with a good restaurant available. Everything great.

Can just recommend for a transient stop

Friendly staff, nice location, the breakfast was very good with a perfect view from our room overlooking the beach, and it was conveniently located just 11 km from the city center.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Large beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Covered pool, parking onsite.

The staff were great, especially in comparison to my previous visit elsewhere in the city. The breakfast spread was good, with fresh fruits and local delicacies that really highlighted the region's cuisine.

Good Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

The outdoor amenities impressed my family, especially the kids! We enjoyed the bar's diverse food and drinks, though service can be slow. Early check-in could be smoother. Opt for a room away from the hall for quieter nights. A decent choice for family fun!

The Wish features a clean and modern design with airy spaces and lovely light wood furnishings. The cute atmosphere is conducive for business travelers, and the staff efficiently assisted in facilitating meeting logistics and providing necessary equipment .

Staying here for a family vacation was good. The resort offered a fantastic array of kids' activities, and the meals were consistently impressive, much better than what we experienced at another resort. The large pool area was a hit with everyone, and the direct beach access made our days even more enjoyable. We did find the elevators sometimes overloaded and the reception area quite crowded, impacting our check-in experience.
